  • Arebary finets
    - 100 gm
  • vinaigrette
    - 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper
    - To taste
  • cooked diced potatoes
    - 100 gm
  • Cooked crench beans
    - 200gm
  • Tomatoes
    - 100 gm
  • Capers
    - 5 gm
  • Stanned alivers
    - 10 gm


  1. Peel tomatoes,de,seed and cut into meal segments.
  2. Dress the beans ,tomatoes and potatoes neatly.
  3. Dexorate with anchovies_capers and alivers.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.Add the vinegratte.
