  • Baby marrow
    - 200gm
  • Aubergins
    - 200gm
  • Tomatos
    - 200gm
  • Oil
    - 50ml
  • Onion,finery sliced
    - 50gm
  • Cloves ,garlic perlids and chopped
    - 50gm
  • Red,pepper,diced
    - 50gm
  • Green pepper,diced
    - 50gm
  • Salt and pepper
    - to taste
  • Chopped parsery
    - 1tsp


  1. Trim of both ends of the marrow and aubergins.
  2. remove the skin using the peeker.
  3. Cut into 3min(1/8inch)slices.
  4. Cancases the tomatos.
  5. place the oil in a thick bottoned pan and add the onions.
  6. Add the garlic,the marrow and auberryince ,slice and the pepper.
  7. allow gently for 4.5min to accessonilly and key mix in the persery correct the seasoning and serve.
