Baby marrow- 200gm
Onion,finery sliced- 50gm
Cloves ,garlic perlids and chopped- 50gm
Green pepper,diced- 50gm
Salt and pepper- to taste
Chopped parsery- 1tsp
- Trim of both ends of the marrow and aubergins.
- remove the skin using the peeker.
- Cut into 3min(1/8inch)slices.
- Cancases the tomatos.
- place the oil in a thick bottoned pan and add the onions.
- Add the garlic,the marrow and auberryince ,slice and the pepper.
- allow gently for 4.5min to accessonilly and key mix in the persery correct the seasoning and serve.
