Instant hot rasam

Red gram dal- 1 cup
Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves- few
Green chilles- 4
Water- 1 cup
Green coriander leaves(chopped)- 1 bunch
Cummin powder- 1 teaspoon
salt- to taste
- Boil the red gram dal in pressure cooker.
- Cool the mash.keep aside.
- Take a vessel,add 1 cup of water,put chopped tomatoes,slit green chillies,salt,chopped curry,coriander leaves and cummin powder.
- Add the mashed dal mixture.season with mustard seeds.
- Just before serving, set this rasam mixture to boil.
- Cook for ten minutes.remove from fire.
- Serve striaght away.squeeze the juice of the lime.
- Serve hot.
